Day 1.- UYUNI – SALAR – INCAHUASI ISLAND – SAN JUAN
Departure time: 10:30 from your hotel or from the office.
The tour starts visiting the Train Graveyard, Colchani, where you can buy handicrafts made of salt and textiles made of lama woolen, get ready to see the wonderful Salt Flat, into the salar you will visit the Salt Piles, Salt eyes , the Dakar monument, Salt hotel (museum). After this you will go straight ahead to the Incahuasi island where you will see the giant cactus, rock formations of petrified coral. Returning to Uyuni you will enjoy the landscape and have funny photo session with perspective, then you will wait the sunset in the Salt flat to finally go to San Juan.
2nd DAY.- SAN JUAN – OLLAGUE VOLCANO – LAGGONS - SILOLI DESERT – TREE STONE – RED LAGGON
The tour starts at 07:30 a.m. after your breakfast you will enjoy visiting the Ollague Volcano viewpoin (5.865 meters above sea level), lagoons Cañapa and Hedionda, , Chiarcota and Laguna Ramaditas, which are used by flamingoes as point of feeding and resting during their migratory movements, subsequently you will pass through the Siloli desert where is the Árbol de Piedra (Stone tree), the evolution and form are due to wind erosion of time, finally get ready to see the LAGUNA COLORADA named for the reddish color of its waters, you will pass the gateway to the RESERVA EDUARDO AVAROA (National Park). You will spend the night in Huayllajara town near to Laguna Colorada.
3th DAY.- GEYSERS – TERMAS – LAGUNA VERDE – FRONTERA – VALLE DE ROCAS – SAN CRISTOBAL - UYUNI
Get ready for a long day, the tour starts early at 05:00 a.m. should be with warm clothes, you will visit the Geysers, (4.950 meters above sea level) where you can see volcanic activity, fumaroles and where the volcanic lava is boiling with strong smell of sulfur, then you can enjoy a hot bath in the natural hot springs (280C to 300C), Dali Desert, Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde located at the foot of the LicancaburI Volcano (5.930 meters above sea level), if you want to finish the tour in San Pedro (Chile) the car will go to the border Bolivia-Chile (optional transfer to San Pedro de Atacama at 09:30 a.m.). On the way back to Uyuni you will admire the landscape of Valle de Rocas where there are huge and giant boulders of reddish and polished by nature and wind erosion, finally visit the town of San Cristobal.
You will arrive to Uyuni at around 17:30.
